Meet The Team

Shana Christine McCoy
Acting
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Southwest Baptist University in 2008, Shana relocated to Kansas City, Missouri, where she worked extensively as both an actor and director. During her time there, she collaborated with several organizations, including Christian Youth Theatre, Kansas City, and Whitefield Academy. She later continued her theatrical journey in Cincinnati before ultimately settling in York, Pennsylvania, where she remains actively engaged in the arts as the Artistic Director of The Musical Box Theatre.
Shana’s academic training and professional experience have provided her with a strong foundation in acting and character development. Known for her thoughtful and innovative approach, she employs unique techniques that challenge and inspire actors of all experience levels to refine their craft and reach their full potential.

Bethany Malykh
Dance
Bethany’s dance education started at Sherry’s Dance Center in Southern Maryland where she took classes in jazz, tap, hip hop, and ballet. At Messiah College, she studied Acting and continued dance classes as well as being a part of Acclamation Dance Ministry. She has choreographed multiple productions in the Central PA area and is also the Choreographer for Susquehanna Township Middle School. Some of her favorite shows that she has choreographed are Mean Girls Jr., You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Christmas in Neverland and Disney’s Frozen: KIDS. Bethany has been involved in theatre productions on and off stage for over 20 years and she is passionate about cultivating a safe and empowering space for all ages to pursue their love of theatre and dance!

Ben Eisenhour
Vocal
Ben Eisenhour is a native of the Maryland/Pennsylvania areas and currently performs all over South Central Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor's of music with an emphasis in vocal performance, a minor in English literature, and first place in the upper-division musical theatre category at the National Association for Teachers of Singing competition. He also attended Ohio University, where he earned a master's degree in choral conducting and aided in and led several vocal ensembles including the Ohio University Singers, the Singing Men of Ohio, and the a capella group Section 8. He has music directed several youth camps, Little Mermaid Jr., and the Central Florida nominated “Best Musical Direction” Kiss me Kate at the Manatee Performing Arts Center. Ben also has a long list of credits in professional and community theatre including: School of Rock (Dewey Finn), Musical Box Theatre; Ghost (Sam), Hershey Area Playhouse; American Idiot (Tunny), Sarasota Players; Little Women (Laurie), Sarasota Players; Oklahoma! (Jud), Manatee Performing Arts Center; 42nd Street (Mac/Thug), Fulton Theatre in Lancaster, PA; Amazing Grace (Einhorn/Whitley, Major Gray U/S), Final Touring Company; Hair (Margaret Mead), Artcentric Theatre in Baltimore, MD; Kiss Me, Kate (Paul/Chorus Captain), People's Bank Theatre in Marietta, OH; Rocky Horror Picture Show (Riff Raff), Iron Crow Theatre in Baltimore, MD; and many other performances. He has worked on many concert series and with some prolific names including Stephen Sondheim, John Lithgow, Patty Lupone, the Real Group, and Cantus Vocal Ensemble.
